We sell and ship in the United States to the lower 48 states using United States Postal Services (USPS) only.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time. We do not cover shipping costs in any direction.
We do not accept returns except for items that are dead on arrival. If you have an item that was damaged or became inoperable during shipping, please contact USPS and file an insurance claim.
We thoroughly test and reset equipment before shipping, so we know that virtually all items that leave our warehouse are in functional condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item is DOA and you can provide proof it did not occur during shipping, please get in touch with us to process an RMA.
We want to keep our prices low, so due to the very slim margins, we do not cover shipping. If you have questions before ordering, please email us at store@makios.com.
